We are an ICON and Foutz Motorsports re-seller. Have been a FRF forum vendor for over 6 years here and have helped thousands of Raptor owners over the years. One of the advantages of purchasing from an FRF vendor, they can answer your questions and provide insight on your build. So I have to question why folks purchase parts and do not ask the vendor who sold it to them. That is what we are here for.
I would leave the ICON UCA as is when installing and adjust from there. We recommend loosen the pinch bolts to break the locktite (and re-tighten) before installing. It will make it easier for your alignment guy to remove when he need to apply more on the final adjustments (a little container of blue is included in the kit). We have had a few customers tell us that the alignment shop has struggled getting it loose. There is no spanner wrench included with the UCA from ICON. ICON recommends to use a 1/4" cold round punch to do so. They do offer a wrench but you need to get it from them (we don't offer it as its a special order item). That part number is 191014.
As far as slot deletes, we offer the Foutz ones. It comes as kit with multiple options. We recommend to kick out the rear LCA (to provide the most clearance by pushing the wheel forward) and leave the front one in the center or even better yet, let your shop use the ones that works best for your setup.

We offer these products at a great deal for FRF Members. If you have any more questions, more than happy to answer.
Hope I have helped some.

FYI: I personally have the HEAVY DUTY SPC cam kits on mine (we do sell those too) with the ICON UCA Delta Joints. Yes you can adjust them so they are not delete kits but in my area, I have struggled to find a shop that will adjust using an aftermarket UCA. But I can tell you that I have hit my LCA mounts a LOT of times and to the point that they have been bent back to start damaging the LCA bushing and they did not slip, stayed strong in place. And I have on welded double-plates too. After an alignment, I use marker paint so at a glance I can tell if anything moved when off-roading.
