-Bent front bumper
-Bent skid plate
-Minor clunk when I have a tune installed (its 2010)
-Scratched body/wheels
-Ripped top trim piece off rear bumper
-Flat tire 3rd day I had the truck
-Seen limp home mode twice on the dash
-Passenger seat bolster getting replaced under warranty (cracked leather)
-Passenger seat hardware falling out from underneath seat

Other than all of this, It's a beaut.

Yeah, I really need to stop driving it so much. 70 mile commute, several trips to Colorado, a 5500 mile Baja trip, etc...

I feel your pain...I average 650 miles a week. Planning to add a Mustang to the stables to take some of the load off the truck. Haven't really decided which Mustang but, I'm holding off until the end of the year or early next year. Basically, I'm waiting to see if the company views the work I've done for them as being worth of the kinda bonus that bought my Raptor back in January. I think they will and it looks like the company is doing pretty well so may be I'll get a chunk of the quarter-million I saved them with their vendors this year.

10K in 6 months or so...

Had a slight clunk
I Lubed it, works fine, dealer ordered another one for me, just haven't been back to get the new shaft...

The wind in white sands was really bad and it grabbed the door from me and pulled it forward so bad it cracked the mechanism that holds the door. Everything still works but it makes a clicking noise when I open the door. I'm going to see if the dealer will fix it, but I have a feeling if they don't do it under warranty it won't be worth the labor to have it replaced. Who knows... I'm going to ask the next time I go in...

FYI, my door developed a "clicking" sound when opened.....turns out the hinge bolts had worked loose.

I have a bit over 8,500 miles. The only problem is an occasional air bag warning light on the dash. It's intermitant, so difficult to diagnose. The dealer has looked at it and thinks that the fault is in the driver side seat belt retractor. It hasn't recurred in the last 3,000 miles, so maybe it's fixed itself.

Otherwise the truck is flawless. It is absolutely immune to the concept of "difficult terrain," and will seemingly pull any load on any surface at any grade. It will also pass any vehicle on the road with supreme authority. I've never spent that much money on anything but a house, and I have no regrets whatever.

Bluetooth works 1 out 5 times for my phone.

Lots of creaking noises (prob normal)

Sometimes the tranny jumps bad when shifting.

Yellow streaks on my roof because one of those clearance bars at a parking garage had one side lower than the other (im an idiot) :hitit:

Good other than that but only just starting to break it in.
