How many miles do you have and what problems have you had?

9000 mile update:
1. Clunk. Still have it.
2. Broken Windshield. Needs to be replaced.
3. Broken drivers side A Arm. Bushing missing. Frame split at rear A arm bracket.
4. All warning lights came on (TC, ABS ect). Can not turn off traction control and can not turn on Off Road mode. This cause #3 to happen because traction control kicked in and sent me straight into a boulder. (we KNOW is it NEVER the drivers fault :LOL: )
5. Think I bent the left rear wheel. It wobbles now.
6. Nav system randomly quits working. Ripping out the Nav+.

Damn SPRSNK! You obviously enjoyed your truck last week!

9,700 miles. My lumbar in the driver's seat was disconnected from the factory. It was a quick fix, and nothing wrong since then. Best truck I've ever owned by far.

10K miles.. All but one problems were caused by me..

bent bumper, ripped the TPS sensor from rear end, bent the jack lifting the truck out or a snow bank, scratched the bed sliding my trailer hitch and ball in the back and forgetting about it before driving.

orange peel paint. factory defect that plagues ford and their lack of quality assurance in their paint process.

Somewhere around 17k

MAIN CONCERNS:
trans hunts around for gears
hard downshifts when slowing down
leaf springs sweak when i had about.. 200lbs in the bed, never made a noise otherwise

FIX:
taking the truck in soon to have them check everything out

i actually had a battery die on me 2 days after i took it home from the dealer, granted it's used, you'd figure they would make sure that shit was good to go.

other problems:
can't seem to stay on paved roads
can't seem to keep clean

Had the driveshaft clunk and CPV tick. My passenger seat squeaked as well.

5,000 miles on my new supercrew:

No problems.

20,000 mile update on 2011 SCrew delivered 8 January 2011:
- Had the clunk from 700 miles on...Resolved at 13,000 miles by driveshaft replacement per TSB
- Phone sometimes randomly disconnects from SYNC...Starting to think it's the phone randomly rebooting.
- Two starburst type windshield chips during the second week of July...Repaired.
- Can't keep my right foot off the pedal on the right...No desire to fix.

2000 Miles on it and the dash squeeks up by the windshield (Driver's Side). It's lose. If I push down it stops.

So far so good! Love this thing!

55,000 15 Months old.
Mirrors fell apart (replaced under warranty)
Push pads on front bumper fell off (replaced under warranty)
Blown Shock (replaced under warranty)
Broken Y-Pipe (Due to boulder parkage)
Really smashed skid plates (see above)
Scratched wheels
Scratched paint
Destroyed rear shock guards
Gash in the bottom of the frame in about the middle of the truck (spraypainted to prevent rust)
Squeaky pass. seat. (fixed with a little wd40 on seatbelt latch mount)
Squeaky center console. (repaired with RTV, and cardboard)

Other than that the truck is great. No major mechanical problems whatsoever.

18000 miles

Hello all, bought the truck in Jan 2010. 5.4 w/lux package. Only issue so far at 2000 miles was a constant squeak in the drivers front tire area. Turned out to be a rubber band left in there from the factory that was getting on the brake pad and causing it to rub and squeak. Even the dealer that did the work could not believe what they found. Otherwise this is a a great truck. Oh yeah, had the tranny remapped and did wonders for the shifting. That was done at 5500 miles.
