Mask mandates will remain, some places, for now.

shutting down cities is done. At least, we all better pray it is. And I don't mean because you might get the vid

Aren't you doing the same?
No sir, I'm saying it's possible and it seems like you are stating as fact that it's not (hence your statement below saying "your 2021 Gen3 WON'T be"). If you're also saying that it's possible that it may not happen then that's a different story. You just cherry picked a line from my post and seems that you are ignoring the rest. I'm a student of the past and know that things are never ever guaranteed especially when it comes to anything that involves humans.
I’m talking about Gen3 raptors in general and how your 2021 Gen3 won’t be any more valuable or sought out after because there were less trucks produced that year. If ford quit building the Gen3 raptor right now and didn’t make them again, sure. But that’s not gonna happen.

A model year within a generation can absolutely become a highly sought after vehicle and command a much higher price than the rest of the model years within that specific generation. Time will tell, let's revisit this topic in 10yrs.
The gen3 ain't an R. There is nothing extraordinary the standard Gen3 has over any other Raptor

I'm not talking about the standard Gen3 Raptor here but thanks for your input. I'm talking about a fully loaded Gen3 Raptor on 37s. No doubt the R will be a highly sought after vehicle, that's pretty obvious.

With all the bs going on, zero interest in anything until 2023, when we will probably be able to get it with no compromise and at the normal new model release times.

Who wants a 2021 now when the 2022's would typically already be hitting the lots? At this rate they won't even be putting the 2022's out on time (typically july-aug timeframe)

I'm expecting the mid-gen refresh in 2024, not 2023, because 2021 is such a short run and 2022 looks to have it's share of problems. That said, if I were Raptorless, I'd buy a 2021. Life is short. Grab the bull by the balls and hang on. Since I have a perfectly good Raptor, I'm happy to peek through the fence and watch the show for free. If Ford waves a 2023 800a with 37s and a black interior under my nose at a decent price, I'd be really tempted to jump early ...
