Hot/cold side pipes

Has anyone installed aftermarket hot and cold side intercooler pipes? Any significant improvement? Cooler temps? Increased horsepower?
I already have a Wagner Tuning FMIC and AFE high flow air filter but no CAI.

This is on my mod to-do list, Mishimoto hot and cold side kit. I have the kit already. Just need to get back to the states to do the install. Will be running the aFe "Super Raptor" CAI with Whipple IC... retuning to follow.
