15/18....thats actually disappointing was hoping for the damn thing to at least get to 20 on the highway.

same here, but then again, 20 vs 18 are just numbers, really doesn't make that much difference in terms of money

More of a physical thing for me. LOL the 33% improve mpg with it now getting up to 18 on the highway really does high light how bad the old V8 engine really really was though.

True, I'm going back to my "reasons to get gen2 list" and take "because it gets way better mpg then gen1" off the list.

Pretty sure my 6.2L said 11/16. 16 to 18 only a 12.5% increase in highway mileage. It's still tall, and still has fat tires.

11 to 15 is a 36% increase in city mileage. More gear ratios and lighter truck pay off in stop and go.

Edit: They are talking city MPGs with the 33% improvement, not highway.

At least no gas guzzler tax? Small victory. Hmm ~ 540 between pits verses ~ 400 ? more room for other stuff in the bed...............

I never got anything over 14 in my gen 1 but I also don't care about mpg. But ther extra couple will be nice on long trips in the gen 2
