Some people are never satisfied. At the end of the day it's still a wider than normal PERFORMANCE truck, with 35" LT tires, 4.10 axle ratio, etc....

I think it's all down to the 4.10 axle ratio.

Increase in power shouldn't matter much since EPA test should be well out of the boost. Tires and increased frontal area/height probably add up to another MPG.

"Never satisfied" is a little dramatic. I think we all love the truck but with 10 speeds it seems like there could be one or two good gears in there for highway mileage.

9th gear in the 10 speed is .69, same as 6th in the 6R80. 10th gear is .63.

Not gonna lie 15 city with 35s is really good , what are current ecoboost 150 owners getting with 35s? Raptor or not. I think if it gets 15 city it would do a little better than 18 highway though

My FJ Cruiser with 33's is only pulling 14 in town and about 17-18 highway. 15-18mpg in a Raptor is a warm welcome for me. Just wish the SCAB had a bigger tank.

If the new Raptor gets an honest 18 MPH at 70 MPH I'll be very happy. My Gen 1 got between 14 and 15 on the highway. My current Tacoma with 265/75/16 BFG KO2's gets between 17 and 18 on the highway. I can't wait to trade it toward the new Raptor.
