I got this mod done last night super-duper fast... and without the studs. I work very efficiently on stuff like this. I used a foolproof installation system I've learned through vast mechanical experience, I grabbed the boxes everything shipped in....

And handed them to Raptorguy21.

From there I went out to dinner with my Ladyfriend and then before we were done with chianti and chicken, I started receiving cell phone pics of a job well done.
Its like the old saying goes, "don't work harder, work smarter"
Damn I'm good at this kinda thing. :burnout:

Good eye. I love those lights, but I pulled them off because mounted to that bull bar, when off road the beam rattles enough to give ya an epileptic seizure.

Here they are up on the mounts (not bolted down or cleaned, but you get the idea)

Too big I think. And even if I liked 'em up there, they're in the way of the hood. I'd have to figure some other way to offset mount them.

I'd love to see what a set of those ADD/Rigid D2 cubes up there look like, and how well they perform. Gonna be a lil while before I can spring for a set of 'em though.

seeing this pic got me thinking what about a mount behind the cab with a bar mount that could be slipped on and off from the truck bed. I liked the old stalk racks on old pickups that is what the hole was for but no one hauls cattle any more any way that would be an option.

another one was go pro suction cups do you think that would hold?

I finally finished the hood light install... It was a lot of work, but worth every drop of blood and sweat.

Here are some pics - I will post night pics after it gets dark:

so can you see

The hood decal keeps the reflection to a minimum. These Eurobeams provide a lot of throw with a decent spread. The spot beams are probably the safest choice for most people, or for those without the hood decal.

I would like to see one of each on my truck to see the difference.
