help SW header/turbo s exhaust

1. Did you use copper gasket rtv on all the slip fits?

2. Are the connections tight?

3. Are the mufflers installed the right direction? The S tube mufflers use a louvered core, so they cannot be installed both ways.

4. Are the tips out as far away from the cab as they can be?

If all of those things check out, it could just be normal. Drone is a very subjective term. The SW exhaust is an aggressive sounding system. Add the headers and You will hear it inside the cab. Drone, rattling, vibration, resonance, etc are undesirable but to be expected to some extent with an aggressive exhaust system. I would recommend installing a resonator if you're still unhappy with the amount of drone/resonance.

I would just try retrofitting the stock resonator in the stock location.

do i need to get the tips out of cab more? and how does that look the gap between pipe and spare tire? looks like really close and could be rubbed a little not sure...

There was no chance to lose it. I had a package from the seller and take it to the local shop. Anyway where does the hanger go on?

Something definitely isn't right there. The tips should be higher, level, and either flush or slightly protruding from the edge of the bumper. I'd question the rest of the installation too after seeing that. Also, it's too close to the spare tire. It looks like the shop didn't position the tailpipes correctly, they forgot a hanger, or they didn't tighten the hanger all the way and the system dropped down.

Actually, the tips are moving a little bit but not noticeable.
Does anyone has a picture for the tailpipes on the right position. I probably need one to bring it to the shop.

Is it just resonating at certain rpm's and then stop. I have the S tubes and it is loud.
