I agree on Avalanche grey lol, sorry not trying to turn this into a color topic. But i had mine stolen, and I think the 2nd best color is leadfoot. If i were you, i'd probably wait until the 2021/22 raptor come out. that's what i'm going to do

Not sure what you are referring to...Gen 2 has 80 lb-ft more torque than Gen 1.

I don’t know how anyone could like the look of a Gen 1 better, but at least that’s subjective; to each his own.

Probably pedal feel. I’m willing to bet the first generation didn’t have so much of a throttle delay as the Gen 2s have for fuel economy.

Could be? But sometimes exhaust note alters butt dyno results.

Try sport mode + 4A + traction control off tell me if the throttle still too soft lol- I agree it requires a lil extra tip in when in normal mode

gen 1s are heavier, have less TQ, & an inferior transmission/gear ratios so no way is it gonna feel or certainly actually be faster or “torquier” than a. Gen 2- even if they were rated the same engine TQ the Gen 2 would still “feel” torquier due to the gearing, lighter weight, & how low the peak TQ is made

a tuned gen 2 is pretty damn perfect IMHO in terms of feeling plenty of fast on or off road & not bing overkill- it’s like the perfect DD if you have a lot of family/stuff to haul & actually like to
Drive & want something w/ some real power

The '19+ Raptors also added the electric parking brake and off road cruise control feature, I believe.

The big difference is 17s have slightly smaller turbos then 19s and 20s. Not sure about 18s, also only matters if your tuned. Its only by 1 or 2mm but that helps when tuning

The 18s are the same turbo as the 19 and 20. 17 is different.
