What is your build date? There was a TSB with a calibration update released for vehicles build on or before August 1st 2017 to resolve harsh and delayed shift concerns.
I actually had that done to my 2017 and it was much better after the TSB. When I started experience harsh shifts again I thought it was recurring but found it was another issue with O2 sensor causing it. SInce the O2 sensor is fixed, seems to be back to smooth shifting with the TSB

I also am about to switch from a 17 to a 20 via the lemon law on my 17..kind of sucks you can't choose the color of the ambient lighting. Not a huge concern, but what color is set as default?? I plan on deleting the live valve because I had bought the king 3.0 for the front and a 3.5 for the rear.

I'm not a fan of the live shocks. I thought my 18 rode better than my 19. but that's just me.

Can you elaborate if you don’t mind. Some think the older ones rode better as in softer/plush ride. I feel like the Live shocks may be ever so slightly firmer but handling is better. More composed overall? Any thoughts anyone?

Just get an engine tune with transmission tune, don’t worry about the oil pan unless it’s a big deal to you. You can always rebuild or replace the shocks with something better than oem.
I have a 17 w 28k miles on it and I love the truck. Thought many time about getting a new (or newer) one but at this point, I’m going to wait for the new raptor. Or maybe the Rivian. Or both...

It's a bluish-cyanish color, similar to the lit text color of the physical buttons.

I thought it was more composed, planted, both on and off road. It soaked up the rough bits better without shaking the truck apart. I’ve played with the pressures and I can’t get it close to how the 18 rode.

Hey. I have a 2017 Raptor with 30k miles. Been a great truck. Occasional shift issues and will not engage first gear occasionally when cold. I've been offered a good price on a 2020 Raptor. What differences have occurred since 2017? I presume the transmission has been refined. The new Fox Shocks seem to have better street feel.

Thoughts?
