Help me understand tunes better

I have a Diablo sport tune I use e-30 or premium 91-93 octane I never have to change it.

I believe the most impact to the 87 and 93 tunes is spark advance.
You can increase spark advance with higher octanes, giving you that boost butt feeling.
If you tried to advance the spark with lower octane you would start to ping.
0 or default spark will give you better fuel economy.
