Help finding clips

Just installed a lightbar. Took off the plastic trim in front bumper. There are about 12 metal V clips with barbs. I need to replace a few but Ford parts doesn't sell them and Napa doesn't have anything similar. Any leads where I can get some?

I would try a body shop. They usually keep an assortment of clips etc for each brand.

Found them finally after trial and error. These are the exact clips. My trim piece is again secure. Advice: attach them to truck first then insert the grill into the clips. If you put them on the grill first it won't fit as tight.

advice: Attach them to truck first then insert the grill into the clips.
