Heated Seats Not Working

was this ever resolved? Mine also don't work, light comes on, but after 15-20 minutes the seat is barely warm, not even close to hot.

OP is saying his doesn’t work, period. Yours does; however, they don’t get as hot after some time. Assuming this is on the highest level, correct?

edit to add…this thread is damn near a year old. I certainly hope it’s been resolved.

Made a separate thread but related issue. My heated seats and climate control doesn't come on via remote start but work fine once vehicle start button is pressed. All applicable menu options are enabled to Auto and selected under the Remote Start option. Seems to be some funkiness with these?

Try enabling all applicable menu options in your guest profile and see if that’ll affect anything…

edited to add…just saw your thread where you’re using the FOB. Is it doing the same w/ Ford Pass App?

Haven't tried with the Ford Pass App, I will verify that shortly.

Just spitballing, is it possible your fobs are set to a specific profile…

So interestingly enough this might of worked. I reset my remote start settings and setup my profile to a specific key (which wasn't done by default). If I remote start via Ford Pass or FOB the HVAC now kicks on and the heated seats on low, no lights are on during this time but you can feel the seat somewhat warm and defrost comes on. So something in those changes worked. Appreciate the advice there!
