Has anyone repainted their truck?

Wondering what it would run me to have a 2014 raptor repainted. Found one that checks all of my boxes.. besides color.

Know you get what you pay for, but wondering what people have seen / paid.

Haven't seen where anyone on here painted their whole Raptor. I think it would really hurt the resale value of the truck. Maybe a better choice would be to do a wrap.

At some point when I get done modding my raptor, I'd like to get some paint work done. Just to clean up 10 years of being a road warrior. Would that be called more of paint correction or would it make more sense just to spray the same color of paint? Not sure what to ask the local body shops.

There are shops which can do the paint correction for you, obviously depending on how “bad” your paint is. Also cheaper than a properly prepped respray, no matter the color

Recently did a wrap on wifes 2014 Mercedes G, and that was a good option for the next 5+ years.

A vinyl wrap is an opportunity to get exactly the color you want today, not necessarily the color FoMoCo chose a decade ago. It's also an opportunity to replace or clean up all those trim pieces, polish the headlight lens, maybe use Armorall on the plastic bumper and fender trim. A lot of prerunner guys cover the rocker panel section with vinyl to prevent rock chips and "Barstow Pinstriping" from hitting bushes. Whatever you do, Before & After pictures are mandatory, now that there's a new thread!

My 2011 is a silver metallic SCREW. If I could change it, I'd choose an all white SCAB instead. Just a cleaner, less ginormous package.
