Best deal I think I've found is a garage kept, 2017, white SuperCab with 7200 miles, 802a, tonneau cover for $48,000. It's a 6 hour drive from me. Tickets to the nearest airport are $99.

It's super clean. Wasn't his primary vehicle hence the low miles. White has been my favorite color next to silver. Just wish it wasn't a 6 hour drive. No big deal. I drove 13 hours from New Mexico to SoCal to buy a RSX-S back in 2013, I'd definitely drive 6 for a new Raptor.

Wow! That dealer lost a lot of money on that transaction. You purchased it way below invoice and minus 100% of the Holdback. Dealer must have lost 4-5K.

Great job!
Yeah there is more to that than what he isn’t talking about. I call BS.

Being in CA you won’t be able to purchase a Raptor for anything close to what out of state dealers are selling them for. I’m in your neck of the woods and best deal that I have found is $2k off MSRP at McCoy Mills Ford. All dealers act like that they are selling you a rare golden egg and not a truck.
It’s well worth the cost of a one way ticket to purchase out of state. You will have a slight hassle with vehicle registration but it’s worth in the long run. Also, I would go with a 2020 due to better resale value down the road.

Yea these people are crazy with the limited production nonsense.

How about places like this? Is this lost leader?

Maybe those that have done it can chime in, but I understand you need to take to an official weigh station for a certificate and AAA or DMV will need to verify that’s it’s a CA emission compliant by looking for the emissions tag under the hood.

Call AAA or the DMV, i.e. the horses mouth.

Whats that all about? Nothing more to it than that, call BS on your skepticism. They had 3 2019s at the time at 12k off, a few more at 10k off. Had also looked at on in Port Richey FL at 11000 off and they threw in a Roush intake. Posted about it right after buying a few weeks ago.

The reason I am on this forum is because I helped my dad get one in December. It was out of state. It's no big deal just a little bit of extra paperwork at the DMV to buy one out of state.

So it seems from what I am hearing out of state is the way to go at least for the So Cal people. I've always heard this from the rumor mill but figured those of you on this forum as the experts could confirm.

It seems like now the dealerships are going to have to complete with each other between state lines because 1. some places are offering discounted shipping along with places like Carvana also and 2. travel is super cheap right now if you are willing to take a trip. And if we are seriously talking taking a 72k 2019 even raptor and putting it at 62k sign me up right now. I have no work, willing to fly and cash in hand.

Who's got it for 10k under seriously lol ?

This is why Alaska sucks, and I'm willing to pay 3-4 grand to ship a truck up here. Current 2020's in stock start at $86,000 and go up to $90,000. Dealership in Oregon and Nevada have both quoted me $2,000 under MSRP, so right around 71K with the options I'm wanting. I don't plan on upgrading to a 2020 from my 2018 until I can find one in the mid to high 60K range.
