GPS and Radio not working in Middle east

Good day! Im MOS from Doha Qatar. I just purchased a 2014 Ford Raptor Roush from the US and I exported it to Qatar. The GPS is not working here as it is a different region. Is there anyway way to convert it?
Also the Radio is not compatible with the region. Please do guide me on how to solve these 2 issues.

MOS. For now it's not so easy. Because, maps for the file region are not available. The radio frequencies are changeable what frequencys do you need and what steps?
For navigation is only a hybrid navigation available.

Auto- Hentzschel for example here in Qatar there is a standard station which is
92.0 (MBC FM). The Ford raptor radio frequency gives you only 91.9 and it jumps to
92.1.
The step that I want to know is how to get my preferred frequency.

Good day!

I purchased a 2014 Ford Raptor (Roush) from California.
Can you please tell me if the GPS North America and Canada on the 2014 Raptor can be modified to serve the Arabian Gulf Area and the Middle East?

Can the warranty be extended to the local dealer in Qatar?
