Giving up a Z06 for a Raptor?

I want your z06 so bad. The Le Mans blue is so sick. Ive almost bought one several times but as a DD vettes dont make much sense. I like my raptor a lot but I want that vette. I was just thinking about it today. That blue is so badass

Ive had an s2k, 3 STi's, a 13 rubicon, c63 amg...the only one I miss against the Raptor so far is the c63 amg.

People do respect and compliment the Raptor. I have a HD Street Glide to compliment the truck, but I do miss the "sportiness". I guess what I'm saying for right now the Raptor is good for me.

Thanks man! I'm a huge fan of LeMans Blue. It was that or Daytona Sunset Orange Metallic. The AMG Mercs are pretty damn sweet too!

I've always had sports cars and the Raptor is the first truck I've ever owned. We traded my wife's Kia Sorrento in for it after we saw Tanner on Top Gear drive 100 mph through the desert! My wife and I work together and daily drive the Raptor and in this city with ****** roads and bad drivers it's better than the Vette as a daily driver. We drive the Vette once a week and I remember why I don't want to get rid of it.

I love the Raptor and would choose it over the Vette as a daily driver if I couldn't have both, especially if I lived where it snowed or there was bad weather more often. If I could only have one, I would get the Raptor and slap a Whipple on it, the truck is perfect as is, more power would make you miss the Vette less.

The raptor handles pretty good and my wife tells me I drive it like the Vette! Acceleration isn't that bad stock + 5 Star Tune, the factory transmission shift schedule sucks especially if your are used to shifting. I floor the truck everyday and the 5 Star Tune made the truck a lot more fun to drive.

I think you will be happier with a Raptor in the long run. It is a tough decision hope you will be happy with the one you pick.

It is definitely a tough decision. I guess part of it also comes down to what I can get the dealer to do for me. I was origionally looking at FX4's and the GMC All Terrain and the salesman at the Ford dealer said he'd be able get me any truck at invoice so I guess I need to make sure that does apply to the Raptor.

can't say i've given up cars for the Raptor, but I can tell you with multiple performance cars to choose from every day, i almost always pick the Raptor to drive.

it's been in the stereo shop for the better part of two weeks and i miss it everyday.
