You can add a spindle gusset for cheap... which is a cheap way of reinforcing it at least?

I've seen them. Outlaw? I think Mamba got his shipped already pre-welded to replacement OEM spindles. I really don't have time to pull it all apart right now. Just curious - can they be welded on with spindles on the truck? If so I'm gonna order some now while I'm thinking about it. That's a no brainer!

John, do you remember what psi you were running when your tire came off the bead? I'm always experimenting how low I can go.

Ya know it was like 22 psi, which should have been fine. Problem was I had Wheela along for a ride to check out the 3.0's, so I was high speed nailing every rough patch I could find. Also cranking the wheel and drifting along some rough edges and I guess one of them caught the bead just right? The other possibility we considered was valve stem damage, because it had a huge leak. Showing off keeps me humble every damn time....

The key to airing down into the teens is to minimize the drifting. Although all the pictures of my truck in the Air at Silver lake I was 12.5psi front and 8.8psi in the rear.

The great thing about being that low is not having to use 4wd to go up the hills and such.

Those are some precise numbers to remember...

John, I thought you were into the high teens with the method wheels.

I was at 22 psi. Stock wheels, and I'm sure you went lower than me.

I may have been thinking of your numbers Joe. It's been half a year ago. Hell after I rang my bell on that last jump, I think I did a data dump because I really don't remember exactly haha

Aligned up and off for a test drive. It is amazing what a difference this made. Very agile, tight, and responsive. Drives like a new truck but better!

Haha! You guys! You know these Raptor Runs are the best excuse to mod up (my wife is like "great.... what are doing this time.....").

I was going to start in on some last minute upgrades for the upcoming Raptoberfest TRR, but just realized I never updated from the last TRR - seems like a long damn time ago lol.
