@RDFTS this is your thread

Yes it is Jeff but I use the other Freedom account to keep things separate. The Freedom account is for business and trying to help Chris out since Zac left. I am also in for helping Chris long term.

I have two monitors so I can have it open on both.

I just went and looked, there was only a pocket cut out in the rear of the bed rails not the front. I didn't try and pop it out and as with the bed liner in I couldn't get to it from below.

Thanks! Do you mine posting pics in the daylight later? I owe you!

Rick,

It is dark when I go to work and dark when I come home so here are two pics with a flash light. As mentioned I can't get under the rail because of the bed liner to see if there are actually stake holes front and back. I shot a quick video too but don't think it will upload.

Since the rear has those cutouts, I am betting both the front and rear have the stake pockets. The best way to find out for sure on the front is to climb under it and look up inside the bed side, if it has the stake pockets in there, they will be obvious "square" boxes at the front and rear corners.

Yes on front stake pockets

There are indeed front stake pockets lurking under the plastic rail caps. Obviously there are no pop out covers like the rear but the pockets are there. You can find a nice Youtube video along with "where to buy" info for cutting the plastic cap here: https://bullringusa.com/bullring-truck-tiedowns-installation-videos/ford/ I bought the router bit and did the job in 20 minutes. It wouldn't have taken that long if I wasn't freaking out about taking a router to my $62K truck.
