It's hard to tell from the pic. Is it the dash part that snaps in above the glove box on the Gen2? It has to be removed to replace the cabin filter, maybe they didn't put it back on? Grasping here.. Like Nex stated Google the part number.

Well shoot dang, maybe the previous owners owned one and put it in the truck when they sold it to me thinking it belonged to the truck. I searched for hours and never found a spot for it.
