I watched the video, and it shows how to measure for the pilot hole before hitting it with the router. The piece of bedrail cap that he measures and drills looks different than the one on the Raptor.

For those who have done this, are the measurements the same?

Yes, the measurements in the YouTube video are correct for our 2017 Raptors. I did it per the video and everything went as described. Go for it.
