Gen 3 fog lights on a Gen 2?

Searched quite a bit but didnt find an answer.... Has anyone put the Rigid fog light pods on a Gen 2? I know it's probably not a direct fit, but has anyone tried it?

They won't fit. The Rigid Fogs on the Ford trucks don't have mounting points, per say. They use a side mounted bump out that SITS into a plastic opening. It's basically a pivot point that it sits in. It's then locked in place by installing a plastic cap over this.

So you can't mount them to anything else.

Yeah we've got them laying all over our shop from installs we've done. They aren't worth much.

We were going to develop a bracket system for it, easy enough for us to do BUT there's just not a big request for it.
