I agree with the 80/20 rule. That would be great if you could post pics once completed! Are you doing the install yourself?
Considering doing it all myself, a little apprehensive doing the intercooler relocation on the R model, but I did the ‘18 winch install myself and it was straight forward. Swarfworks has an install video that was very helpful, however I did have the intercooler installed by Texas motorworx

Installed the Swarfworks G3 rear winch in my ‘24 R.
Couple of install notes and a few pictures:
- Went with the WARN Zeon 12S Platinum
- Used the power extension cables and ran through the frame to keep things clean
- Added a remote power on/off to my Switchpros
- Requires minor cutting on the back of the bumper and trimming of the plastic for the fair lead

Thanks Paul and Swarfworks, another great product that fits perfectly.

Nice setup!
I considered doing that as well, but I stuck with the front setup. I’m getting some suspension work done, after that I’ll install the winch.

Yes! Just completed it. Took maybe 8 hours and the hardest part is adding the transmission fluid. I do all my installs myself so if I have to perform a trail fix, I know all parts. You will also need ULV transmission fluid, heat shielding and a fire proof blanket (protect your hand from the 19mm transmission bolt) along side a container to inject the transmission fluid with a J-Hook attachment.

Let me know if you want to connect off line and I can walk you through it via video.

Warn Zeon XP 14-S (takes the same space as my old 12S-Platinum)
Swarfworks Gen 3 Hidden Winch Mount - Front
DBM Raptor R transmission and supercharger heat exchanger
I left my upper Shutters in Place, just disconnect the motor once they are in the open position, no need to cut them out.
Using the Warn Winch Solenoid wired to Auxbeam Upfitter to turn on/off the winch from continuous power.
Feedback on the XP is perfect, connects wireless to the app (no need to buy the app sensor, its built into the XPs head unit), and I still have my remote installed in the battery tray.
Needed the additional winch load as we carry alot on our Overlanding trips.

No CEL,.Best decision I made and I've had them in all Raptors (Gen 2, Gen 3 37 PP & 24'R)
