Ok....Tthey look similar the 14 will not fit on the 11 I am 100% sure if this.
This one is off my 2014 frame. the bolts are offset. To the hooks

The plate could be modified to fit. I would think but there is a difference.

Is this the only piece to the spare tire winch? I'm putting mine back on but i found another bracket in the "raptor parts bin" and don't know what its from.

Well... the piece that It mounts to, but that is welded to the frame. so.... I doubt you cut that off. Here it is. The piece between the back and mid crossmember. LOL NO further Questions!!!!!!! LMAO...JK
