I have had some questions about the lights behind my grill. They are four Rigid Industries Dually D2’s. I run the yellow lens during the day because it makes my truck more visible to oncoming off-road traffic in the dust.
The mount was very easy to make. I just used a piece of angle iron and welded taps on both ends. Then I mounted it to the grill support and ran the wires down the hood to one of the switches. One of the advantages of different types and location of lights at night, (based on the condition dust, weather etc.) is the ability to switch between all or different combinations in order to see what’s ahead instead of glare off the dust.
