Ok to move forward with the build..
We took some time to go play in the snow fields of Mich.
Had a great time with
https://www.facebook.com/GLRaptorExcursions?fref=ts running the Snoball 500..
We even managed to get the truck stuck..lol...
After the Snoball this is when a few partnerships were formed..
We were relaxing in Wiz's Hot Tub and started talking about the Mexican 1000 with Dylan from Icon
2010 + Ford Raptor Suspension Systems and Components. We laid out our plan, he was impressed and a sponsorship deal was born.
We are very proud to represent Icon with their great product.
At this time Wiz gave Designs & Signs
Designs N Signs - Imagine - Design - Create. A call to see if they could help with a wrap on the truck (these are the guy's that wrapped Wiz's truck). They also came on board. Things were looking good.. One more call was made to the West Coast.
There was only one shop with the expertise and the dedication to get this truck race ready.
Welcome to Outlaw Raptor
Conner was called and asked if he would like to join our team.
He became very excited and excepted the challenge. That sealed the deal. We now had the best shocks, the best shop to do the work and the best wrap company to make us all look good.
That's 3 sponsors right out of the gate. Grant left the truck with Wiz so the wrap design process could begin and applied.
Here are a few shots of the truck concept as drawn by Designs & Signs..
Then the final proof with room to add potential new sponsors..
Then the wrapping process began..
Done...
We are now ready for the truck to head back to the west coast and let the guy's at Outlaw Raptor have there way with her...
More on that soon..
