I use ethanol as my additive never put any thing in ethanol or ethanol in any additive you will see problems if you do. but ethanol alone will clean and give a good octane boost:)

i use the AmsOil fuel system cleaner every 3k-4k miles or Techron if I can't find the AmsOil

I am thinking about using the Amsoil product. Have switched all fluids save the anti freeze to Amsoil but have used Lucas so long that it is tough to give up. Since you use it I assume it works good for you---did you ever use Lucas in the past?

We typically go with lucas oil for fuel additives.

My recommendation is to run a tank of the lucas oil deep clean.

Lucas Oil Deep Clean Fuel System Cleaner : Lucas Oil

Then run the lucas oil fuel treatment that mblgjr posted.

Lucas Fuel Treatment : Lucas Oil

This stuff works wonders. I personally have picked up a couple miles per gallon.

We have these and almost all other lucas products on the shelf.

DO NOT MIX THE TWO PRODUCTS.
