Front Suspension Rattling Sound

Sorry for dragging up such an old thread. My 2018 Raptor has this left front rattle. I immediately thought brake pads rattling but I took the calipers off and saw the pads have very slight wear and nothing seemed loose. I applied brake caliper anti rattle goo and no help. I have also tried to "ride" the brakes over bumps hoping that would tell me anything and rattling didn't stop while applying brakes, which I thought would surely tell me something. Caliper looks identical to passenger side which is quiet.

Any thoughts I'd sincerely appreciate. My plan was to just go ahead and replace the pads and see what I get.

Look for loose bolts under the truck? Sway bar end links are a common source too.

Thanks for the ideas but no luck. Went ahead and installed the front brakes and nothing changed. Can find anything at all loose or screwed up with the suspension or skid/heat shields either. I'm really stumped here. I keep thinking brakes because it sounds exactly like that. I've had to deal with it in the past so pretty familiar with that noise on other vehicles.

Only thing I have not looked into yet is this vacuum valve I've seen mentioned here. Can anyone tell me what that does exactly and does my issue seem to sound like the vacuum valve failure?

Did you check the sway bar end links? you could remove them and go for a test drive and see if the noise is gone or still there...

Yes.. tried that too. No difference at all. Sway bar was very tight as well. Is the problem typically the sway bar?

No the actual end links...

Yea I went through everything I could see with not a single problem worth mentioning. So frustrating. single thing

Yes, I completely disconnected the end link.

Checking to see if any conclusive findings to remedy the front suspension rattles. My 2018 stock SCREW has same, and dealership is advising replacing the stock Fox struts - worth a shot with just 48K over the road miles on the rig. But, the struts are on backorder. Anyone have a lead on the OEM struts availability online?
