Front shocks ?

Hope u have more luck with your dealer than i did, two dealers and no new shock mines so bad that it hammers when i hit pot holes on passenger side been that way since 6000 miles??? niether one took it for a ride they just come out with there piece of paper and say ford says this is normal?
