Console vault, anyone?
Sure. That works. Just seems like you are going to significant lengths just to keep the keys in the truck. I happen to dislike the look of the keypad and never use it. Would never order a vehicle with it. The phone app does everything I need and much more than the keypad

Left the keys in and the truck running many times (dozens at least) for decades and numerous trucks- no theft yet.

Theft has everything to do with where you live. I don't worry about it where I live.
True- I live in a rural area so I understand. Just doesn’t seem like a smart idea. You can simply put the fob in your pocket and remote start it with the fob or phone app. The risk, albeit small where you live, isn’t worth it.

Got the vault anyway, for other reasons. Plus I often hike with others and we generally separate. Whoever gets back first can get in. And most times I'm out in the boonies, so there's no cell coverage. If all I did was go to Starbucks, yeah, the keypad would be useless. And it isn't a work truck, where the pad is also useful, so I guess Ford decided to pinch some pennies. Can't say I blame them. I'm glad that at least it's available as an add on.

"Dealer installed" option is better than nothing but its not hardwired so you have to change battery. Its pretty bulky and its peel and stick, aka ugly and can come off.

I was surprised to see ecoboost power wasnt bumped up to compete with RHO

The key fob frequency can be copied and used to unlock your vehicle if within 30ft distance. I always stored my keys in a faraday bag and never in the truck.

Yea- it sucks donkey balls compared to factory installed under the B pillar.

Ford screwed it's customers with this one.

I’ve looked at a lot of different posts… the dealership told me today that the 2024 has the pilot 360 2.0… looking at this post the OP stated it was new to 2025. Does anybody know what’s accurate? I have a 2021 and of course blue Cruise was supposed to be with it and it wasn’t plus refund. I know blue cruise will never work with the Raptors. Just wanna know what systems might be new for 25 verse 24. I’m thinking about upgrading from a 2021 801a and possibly move into 2024 801a or 39p. From what I have seen the 2025 and the OP… for some reason I don’t like those changes..
