... The dealer screwed me on my heated seat when it burnt out at 14,000, and tried to screw me on my back window blowing out because of the defroster, but internet complaints about it and having crystal on it saved me on that one.

I'm glad I was able to help out, J DAMAGE. :)

Do dealers send them back to fox if they fail?

Hmm, good question, m3dragon. I'd recommend running this one by the service manager at your dealership.

When you say "blown" do you mean leaking fluid from the top of the shock? If so, one of my fronts is leaking as well and was told the same thing by a local dealer when I took it in for replacement.

Let me know if you'd like me to push this up the line to your regional customer service manager, drj.raptor. All I need to make that happen is a PM from you with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership.

I bought a used 2013. How can I find out if there is warranty left on it?

I asked them and they have yet to see blown shocks. They said if blown the replace them under warranty and if not under warranty would say look for a re-builder. Which they of course did not know they could but they do now =)

The dealership said they would do my mid perch then they said there is no adjustment then said it needs a special tool, then flat out said because they aren't an SVT dealer they weren't allowed to do it. What a joke.
