Saw a way to place the front license plate off to the side, out of the way of lower intake vent (where I want to put a behind the grill light). State requires a front lp. Can’t seem to find the bracket to do this.

No need for a bracket, if the truck is new it should have come with 2x 7mm self tapping screw to run them threw the plate into the existing holes.

If not, go to the local hard ware shop, get a 7mm screws and drill and install it.

What existing holes are you referring to? OP wanted to relocate the LP to the side.
