Front camera not working

I have a 2014...

I bought my truck like 4 years ago and have never got the front camera to work. I think I saw it flash on like once. But for what ever reason the rear camera shows when enabling the front camera...

And don't bother telling me how to enable it. I know for sure Im doing it right and there would be no reason why the rear would show while going forward... Its just super weird. The rear enables when reversing, so its not like the wires are crossed.

Wasn’t it still under warranty 4 years ago? Sounds like an issue with the camera switching module.

you know I think I've only turned mine on once just to see how it worked. I always forget I have it when I could actuality get use out of it.

I would be using my every weekend if I could.

I just need to figure out how people fixed there’s. Hopefully without going to the dealership

I can't even remember how to do it something like off road mode then enabling it in the truck app right

Was this ever fixed? I have the same issues? So strange.

Sorry I was absent here for years. *shame*

It was fixed - the problem was a corroded connection at the firewall. Took the Ford Field Service Engineer a week to find it.
