Icons, ftw mother f*ckers!!!! :laughing1:

I love my Icons and don't regret my choice. However, (like pretty much everyone else in this thread) I've never driven the other options. I don't think you can go wrong with any the 3.0's from the big 3.

I chose Icon because of the reviews I got from people I trusted and the support they show the community.

What about the 1.5" bump stop from icons, seen it on the pics looks like the bump stops can slide from the sleeve where you tight them. Others has a top end where the bump stop doesnt move, like a standard possition.
See what i mean
It has a sleeve where it can slide, if you dont tighten enought t

Hey will the new fox DSC be affected by the internal bypass position sensitive by applying preload to the suspension?
Because icons dont get damping zine affected by preload as fox do, but internal balving of icons is not that good when is come for tunning, is hard to get its sweet spot

Btw is better to have a suspension that you can play with its hi comp and low speed comp, but Now they understood adding adjustments knobs and QAB on the bypass shocks. Few years after icons suspension.

You guys should support kings instead of icons suspension, kings is way better with the new improvement they has on their suspension

Kings are very narrow in their performance envelope. If you set them for high speed running, they're very harsh at slower speeds.
The icon coilovers have an internal bump stop, and an external bump stop. So in effect they do have three damping zones. They have more potential than the kings for daily driver use. They'd have been so much better without the digressive damping though, as short high speed stuff like washboard keeps them in their stiffest damping area.
Really, all the 3.0 external bypasses are very similar in performance. The coilovers up front is where the major differences are.

Will the new upgrade of the fox low speed comp adjustment will works as they do in the atvs
Because The low-speed compression mainly affects the feeling of the suspension in such situations as when cornering, riding over smooth undulations, in g-outs, under hard acceleration or braking.

Icons only has hi comp, fox now has both hi-comp and low- comp adjustment as they do on their atv and utvs, the only thing left is the rebound adjustment

Nope. Not gonna bother explaining nor will I say the MULTIPLE people who've told me that. So let's just drop it because I've already apologized to multiple people for causing shit in their threads. Dude I though you were on my team??

I will talk with you about it in person then soon. There's absolutely no way the things you said are true.

I'm your friend but there's no way I'd support a statement that ridiculous lol

what about king? everyone argues about fox and icon but no one with king

Here you go

The icon coilovers have an internal bump stop, and an external bump stop. So in effect they do have three damping zones. They have more potential than the kings for daily driver use.
