We all know internet personalities and REAL LIFE personalities are far different... and I never said BigJ wasn't a nice guy in person, or that he hasn't been more than helpful. Just calling out his posts to Justvettn, which are completel undeserved.

Lets keep this real. When you said "ICON was also the only company to agree to supply shocks for the shock shoot out. ", you were wrong. There's your mistake.

Had you said instead "ICON was also the only company listed as supplying shocks for the shock shoot out." I would have said nothing, because that's a 100% true statement.

A small detail? Maybe and probably. But to the unknowing reader those two statements made within the context of your other comments might leave two very different impressions. I do not appreciate that sort of misleading misinformation, purposeful or not, being perpetuated about a subject with my name tied to it. And so I asked you to stop doing so.

I get the feeling you were trying to use their public willingness to help as proof that (as Raptizzle said) "they must be far superior". Maybe they are, maybe they're not. But either way, don't misquote information you got from me trying to make that claim.

If I misread your intent, and it was an honest mistake, then I do apologize if feelings were hurt, and I'm glad to know you won't be making that same mistake again.

I was not trying to be a fan-boy as someone said but pointing out the god that ICON does as a company, which lends the opportunity for some one to do the same about the shock company they prefer, instead I got a snide remark fro Raptizle and what ever it was you were trying to prove.

The worst part was saying that he was making himself look like a fool... when he was simply using information gathered from YOUR post.

If you read all the post regarding shocks you would realize some of us have done this several times and written about it. I for one had Kings and replaced them with Icons after spending MANY hours and Miles offroad with all but one of the manufactures. (Like I have said many times, if I was FOX I would be so embarrassed that company has to re-valve my shocks to make them right/better) After doing this I picked what I thought was the best shock for a Raptor and not a Trophy Truck. That is the reason I went with Icon.

I specifically want to see an UN biased opinion on fox to icon, your opinion on king to icon does nothing for me, also your bias against fox does nothing for me. Its funny that bluestv mentioned bullying, because that is exactly what the icon guys have been doing on this issue. God forbid anyone mentions that they are happy with their fox shocks and you fellas tear them to shreds. I don't like that at all, how about you take that shit to the z so I don't have to frigen see it. People can have their own opinions and likes without being a **** about it. Its called being an adult.

I have nothing negative to say about Icon, haven't met or dealt with them, but we did just buy some icon lower a arm skids from raptor addict. They looked great, Joe would have preferred the seam sealed, but we would never hold that against them. All these vendors are in SoCal, they don't understand rust. I told Joe to hit it with some kind of sealant..he laughed, but I was serious.

I'm genuinely interested in a real un biased comparison but the jerky comments and attacks sure put a bad taste in my mouth. Liking the jerky comments has the same effect by the way.

And I really don't care what anyone has to say back to me... This shit is already sloppy and as long as you continue to bully and attack no one will be allowed to get to the truth.

The only opinions that have been shared, are when people ask what "people's impressions are of all 3" and because a few of us have had the luxury of experiencing them all (with the exception of the RPG-tuned shocks, which we've also mentioned many times), and that we liked the out-of-the-box Fox 3.0 shocks the least. Hardly bullying. My post to E63 was in an entirely different circumstance, and party in anger... oh, and tequilla. However, that's a different subject than what you're now accusing myself and others of doing. Simply untrue.

Nope. Especially when I've got multi million dollar companies looking over my shoulder, watching how all this was going and went down, trying to decide if they're going to tie their name to some forum like this, and trust some knucklehead like me to tell the truth.

There were multiple posts exactly like this in Big J's thread. The whole RPG fan boy mess came from this, but honestly I'm not going to waste my time finding them and pointing them out to you. Its pretty obvious that you are un-aware that you are doing it, or of how your posts come across. Even with this little Big J argument here, you look like the obnoxious jerk. Not saying that's who you are as I never had the pleasure of meeting you, but its the impression I get from your posts. But what do I know, I'm just one of those emotional females... carry on
