My front driver side cv shaft was snapping really bad, load or no load. Took it to the dealer right before Christmas and they replaced it under warranty. They said the shaft looked fine, not sure what caused it.

I would think the engine is likely a roush repair everything else is a ford repair.

Call it what you want Ford or operator error????

I was just in a field of snow beating the shit out of mine in 4hi and 4lo, 4 lo just because......

I ran over some of my trees and some fence, thats how much fun I was having and had no issues.

I turned on to the road and left in 4hi (was excited!) heard some clunks went to 2w.
Went back into the field put in 4hi beat it some more and back to 2w b4 road, no issues.

Give us the "Paul Harvey version".......and now the rest of the story.

I hear yeah Wilson. I also wasn't hard on mine, but the front driver side cv made that snapping noise. Now after the Snoball500 pre run, the four wheel drive is making noise again.
