My fuse 27 is still in after having the TSB done at the dealer as well. I thought that was curious.

He probably just didn't remove it. Good call. I'll pull out 27 and see if it still runs.

Basically, just a taller one.

At $75 I would have had them do it in a second, but I got a $200+ quote.
I know this sounds crazy, but that isn't the correct fuse for that location. Therefore Ford "could" denie any claim resulting from that wrong fuse.

I got push back on my fuse 27 cause I had a larger fuse in slot 28.

I was just showcasing the dealer's handy work, I'll do the mod at home once the kit gets here.

Relocation kit part number: EL3Z-14293-A

Unfortunately this just happened to my 2013 raptor. Not happy at all I'm am being told that the part and labor will be $400.00. I find that super excessive especially if the part is $20.00. I am out of warranty 44k miles. Not happy at all a TSB this big should be a recall. I will be calling Ford to see what they can do.

The part cost me $11.00 and took me an hour to do. Sounds like they are trying to stick it to you...

Ouch! It's not a hard fix if you are handy with a soldering iron.

Definitely either fight it or try another dealership. I was quoted $268 at first then when I told them there was no way and I'll go somewhere else, suddenly it was $79 and only took 2 hours.
