The other thing is, if you end up enjoying yourself and you want to do more runs, you can upgrade to a hard mounted radio and keep the handheld for when you are out of the truck. Or share the handheld with friends when you caravan somewhere.

GREAT LAKES RAPTOR EXCURSIONS

looking ahead I was thinking the same thing. When it comes to equipment and purchases for events and things that may be a one time thing, I want go step by step and then upgrade as the one time becomes several times etc. Sometimes I'll buy then sell things if I wont be needing them again, like the bed rack i plan to get for this event; but with the radio, I didn't want to cut or screw into the interior of the truck until I was certain I would be doing another event or had an ongoing need for a perm. mount radio.

What is the frequency for this event? Or we will use GLRE1,2,3?

Participants of Havoc in the Hills will be the first ones to find out the complete details of the 2015 SnoBall.

*******Also 5 participants of FRF's Havoc in the Hills II will be selected at the banquet. These 5 participants will not have to wait for a email or spend hours hitting refresh trying to get into the 2015 SnoBall. The 5 participants selected will be given a chance to register for the SnoBall before anyone else.

This is non transferable.

I am both excited and terrified of this :) ...i have some available income and a huge hole in my hobby list and that combination is dangerous!

I don't know if you have seen this, but I think you will find it helpful on a number of levels.

Havoc II warmup video

For those that are still contemplating whether to go to Havoc next month here is video taken from my truck at last month’s GLRE/MAFRA event at Rausch Creek. The video is from some of the trails in the high speed section, which is only a small portion of what GLRE will have in store for those that attend Havoc II. Three days of all kinds of terrain to see what you and your Raptor can do off-road, only thing will be missing is Snow. GLRE knows all about snow!
