Engineers tend to think this way. Their minds think linearly and believe everyone is just as interested in the minute details as they are. I like his approach, it's more scientific than some cletus just telling people what he thinks works the best - thus the boxy diff covers.
This is also why chromed anything in the engine bay works against the typical flat black OEM parts are painted, better heat dispersion. Chrome keeps heat reflected rather than dispersed.
I'm sticking with the stock diff covers for now.

Fwiw, there is a factory option on the super duty (at least there used to be...) for an aluminum, finned cover.

I always liked Gale Banks. I hope he designs a winner. Even though it's patent pending or whatever- it'll still by copied to hell by everyone with cheap chi-com clones. They'll add something stupid to get around the patent.

Got mine in today-- will be installing as soon as I float a loan for all the fluid for the front and rear ! LOL

RPG DIFF COVER anyone?

I looked at it....good looks but expensive....also could not find the fill hole. If you go to the Alien Machine Worx website and look at the Bronco one it shows fill and drian plugs. Also does not say if comes with casket and new hardware. Yeah I could have reached out and asked, but at $750 I quickly lost interest. I have had the FP one one two different Raptors and it has been just fine at 1/3 the price....and comes with new gasket and hardware.
