Honestly, as a new member all this ******** from haters on the v6 is disgusting and ruins it for people looking for real information, not speculation. Not a single person from Ford has said there will be a v8, do we all hope for an Eco v8, sure, but it isn't happening. I'm on a few forums and there is more ********, butt hurt and jealously here Thani have ever seen. If you don't want to pony up the dough for the next best truck available then sit on the sidelines and don't fill these threads with crap. Some hate the price, I don't love it myself, but if I do pull the trigger on this v6 and it proves solid even if they do come out with an 8 big freakin' deal, I'll trade the ****. If you can afford a truck in this league you can afford to trade for the next best thing. I honestly think a lot of the v8 crowd are just pissy cause they're trucks are going to take a resale hit in the next 6 months and will soon be forgotten.

And they have never promised the information that is not being delivered by any date. I said this several times, people are hating on something that has not been promised lol. Then spending money on a truck they don't know the details about yet (hp/tq, 10 spd trans, interior color options, etc.).
Ford marketing are obviously pretty good at what they do and the sheep here are... well I'll leave it at that

The only thing we don't know about from your list is power specs. The rest is settled, although nary a witness to any of it

the reality is, regardless what the poll says, i'll bet almost every single Raptor that can be had at MSRP or less has been ordered. heck others ARE paying over MSRP. So this is one of those times when reality only confirms Ford is doing the right thing.

Now if no one was ordering and there was absolutely zero interest, Ford might have to rethink their game, but right now it looks like a slam dunk
