There's usually a lease termination fee, typically $350 plus the payments, which you are going to pay anyway. A couple more payments isn't bad. Most carmakers give you a break on 3-6 m payments if leasing another one. For example Porsche offers up to 6 " free" payments when leasing another Cayenne.

Thanks guys for the info. No early bird on the Raptor but they are taking my truck in on trade and actually had some equity in it. So looks like I should get my truck between August 4-10.

Well you beat me to it. Ford leases are only a lease if you hand them the keys at the end. You can trade it in at anytime depending if you are upside down on the value or not, it looks like you have equity which is awesome so you should have no problems.
