Ive sucessfully converted my 2012 Raptor to 2013 HID headlamps using all OEM Factory components.

I have had a TON of pms wanting info on wiring & connectors and members wanting me to make them a harness for their HIDs. I have decided to duplicate my wiring harness for anyone that is intersted.

Here is what is included:

A complete PNP harness = Custom modified H13 Motocontrol relay harness with Motorcraft wiring pigtails on both ends to plug directly into the 4 pin connector on the 2013 HID headlamp assy. This harness is modified to include (2) extra 20 amp fused power supply wires to feed each side. All connections will be with 3M Professional heat shrink wiring connectors and properly taped/wire loomed where necessary.

The harness will be labeled and inlcude all fuses and instructions.

All that you need to do to install this harness is remove your hold headlamps, plug the harness input into the old connector that plugged into your RH headlamp, make one connection at the positive battery terminal and connect 2 grounds.

This includes the necessary wiring for your truck only - Everything else needed for the 2013 HID retrofit (headlamps, ballasts, etc) is either available at your local dealer, ebay, online, etc. The PNP harness is not available anywhere (yet) without piecing it together and custom modding it.

Not in this to make a killing - just to help anyone out that wants one. Im gonna price this complete package at $220 shipped.

I'm not going to make any of these in advance because I have no idea if there will even be any demand or not but I have the capability to get them built pretty quick if there is any interest. Thanks

What is is light output like on the new lights.

BRIGHT lol. I've never had anything except for stock to compare to but I'm going to say approx 2.5 times brighter.

Check out my thread detailing the install for lots of pictires.

Est, for a idea.

I recommend buying the headlamps new OE at dealer - Retail is $667 ea. You should be able to find them for in the $500 - $550 ea neighborhood.

The ballasts I recommend buying used off Ebay. Approx $45 ea.

The bulbs - I recommend buying either Philips or Sylvania online/ebay. Approx $65-$85 ea

You will also need a ballast to bulb cable. Ford dealer only. Approx $25 ea.

You will also need a bulb retainer - dealer only. Approx $20 ea

You will also need 2 screws for the bulb retainer and 4 screws for the ballast. All dealer only. Approx $6 per side for all.

You will also need 2 dust caps to close off the access hole to the bulb - dealer only $8 ea.

No matter how you cut if - your going to end up with anywhere from $1450 - $1800 depending on what you pay for your parts.

I enjoy spending money on my Raptor so it was WELL WORTH IT IMO!! :hail:

Heres some pics of the "Hosseface Harness" (lol) that I built for a FRF member this morning. You can see - its not a rig. Takes about 2 hours to build one. Completely ready to go.
