Yep. Getting a new old truck that sat in the sun, rain, snow, hail and will be rusty before I even get it. Less and less psyched about it.
It sucks coz this is my first Raptor and at this rate I might just never get one and move on to other things.

I get the idea of them sitting... you are just thinking more about it now. Imagine how long cars are trucks sit on a dealer lot or elsewhere. That said.... I WANT MY TRUCK TOO!

I wonder what tweaking would be needed but...what if someone went to the junk yard and got said chip from a GEN 2 and tuned it to the GEN 3

I am not an expert at tuning or engineering new platforms with old platform tech.

And yes they are trucks but what’s the point of living in CA to get a rusty new truck out of the Midwest.

I know a **** ton of bums who can help unload these?

$15/hr, that **** will be unloaded in a month. Bus all bums/crack heads/illegals here - sure you'll lose 15% to theft... lol BUT itll get unloaded.

Vehicles don’t rust because of snow. It’s the salt and chemicals they put down on the roads.
