Recently purchased a 2013 in great condition. Literally nothing wrong with it except for the turn signals blink at twice the normal speed. None of my lights are out, I replaced the HID bulbs when I bought the truck and it didn't fix the problem. When I use the hazard lights they are at normal speed. I'm pretty stumped and I'm not interested in spending $200+ to take it to the shop for 10 min to get a solution

As Irregular F150 said LED bulbs will cause this. I would check the taillight bulbs and replace with oem or use forscan and turn off fast blink.

Awesome thank you? How would I go about getting the right part and installing? I have literally no idea how any electrical stuff in cars work
the resistor goes inline with the power wire to the led. you need to find the circuit that is having issues though. if the left turn signal is flashing fast, verify both rear bulbs work and the front bulb works. then verify none of them are led.
