I was actually surprised how well they handled snow. Didn't expect them to be as good as they were.

It looks like a mild tire but it's really not.

Just put a set on Saturday---took it to do some cutting of trees that fell because of the winds in the tornado near Granbury. Had some mud from rain a day before but they worked very well. What really impressed me was the traction on the rocks--did not have to use 4wd. The onroad ride is very quiet and the handling is very sharp.

The size of mine are 37x13.50-18.

These were not on my short list, but I was in Sears over the weekend and saw the Falken tire on a display rack. It caught my eye bc it was a 35. I inquired about it. I was shocked when the lady priced them at $204.99 for the 315-70-17.

I really couldn't believe it. I believe I am going to buy a set if nothing else to just run this summer. My question is the 315-70-17 shows 78lbs on the Falken website, and the 35-12.50-17 shows 74. I am assuming you guys are all running the 35? The lady at Sears couldn't price me the 35 because it wasn't in their system, but she did call and it is available. She is suppose to call me today with a price for the 35. If its the same I am going to buy a set.

Being the last post has some age to it, is there any other opinion on the Wild Peak I should know about?

Thanks

I'm assuming you meant to type 315-70-17? I don't understand the large difference in price between these two sized tires? They are the same size each basically. Also I thought on one of the threads regarding these tires that the person had ordered 325-70-17 which was a true 35 inch tire.
Why are you so concerned about 16 lbs difference between the tires. You'll never notice the difference.

Could the weight difference be a difference in the load range say a D and a E
