Took the Raptor to my dealer and had them inspect it. The GM and my salesman looked it over and believe the issue can be resolved without a full fender paint. Will drop it off next week to take care of the paint issues and now a leaking back window :(

I think there was a issie with the 3rd brake light seal. Make sure its the window and not the light. My 04 FX4 lealed at the light. As mentioned, work with the dealer, if they do not get you that warm and fuzzy feel with the service items then go to another. Your dealer will have to be the ones to deal with the paint though.

Update

The team at Russell Smith Ford took care of the issues, but couldn't find any leak. Maybe it was a one time glitch. Nonetheless, John Zilker, my salesman, was all over this issue and went beyond to make sure everything went perfect ( no major paint work, etc.). - definite care about the customer after the sale . . .

Good for you brother. I am glad they are responsive to the issues. As others have said this is a very expensive vehicle and I would expect top quality. Now I am starting to get nervous before my truck gets built.:what:
