Like some of you I stripped the insert the first time, so I just called DZ and told them the issue and within 3 days had new insert in hand. Awesome service - but I couldn't believe they sent me replace parts without verifying I ordered the item and without asking for a return.

I think its common, alot of people stripped the insert.

Got it from Amazon and it was the new version. Super easy to put on.
