let me know how it goes from amazon, i had to return 3 of them since all i got was the shock and none of the other hardware.... yes 3 times... and then i ordered it from DeeZee direct. got the old style, might re-order for the new and keep the old one as a spare.

So, just got off the phone with DeeZee and they told me the ONLY difference between the "OLD" one and the "NEW" one is the name.

Old one was called "EZ Down" and the new one is "Tailgate Assist"...

What is the "DESIGN" difference between the two?
