Motor sounds like it’s toast. Definitely a vacuum leak somewhere, but that rough of an idle is a lot more than a vacuum leak. Sounds like one of my track cars when it had a hole in the side of the block!

The louder sounds that kick in late may be dried mud in the intercooler fans. I had that issue and had a huge sigh of relief when I cranked it up after cleaning them out. If you didn’t go into really deep water and you’re airbox or CAI didn’t fill up, I don’t see why you’d have internal issues coz I’ve had my ‘17 Raptor in some serious mud and water over the last few years and my engine compartment is filthy too. Hope it’s simple and you get back out there soon!
